Practice Areas
Leif is a real estate lawyer who has been at FKSDO since 2007. During his first decade and a half of practice he represented lending institutions and institutional investors, as well as integrated full-service real estate firms. Since joining FKSDO he has primarily represented privately held real estate firms in connection with financings, venture formation and equity investment matters, and significant leasing transactions. He also has extensive experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
