Our attorneys understand that, while we play an important role in the success of these opportunities, our expertise is only secondary to our broker-partners who bring specialized market knowledge that is critical to obtaining favorable outcomes. When we are not working collaboratively with our broker-partners, we are representing them in numerous capacities. The scope of our assistance ranges from review and feedback on listing and commission agreements to preparing co-brokerage agreements, property management agreements, and resolving disputes arising from those arrangements.

Our FKSDO attorneys also have in depth, working knowledge of our brokerage licensing laws and Washington’s most commonly used residential and commercial real estate transaction forms. This expertise expands our representation to both newly minted real estate licensees establishing new brokerage firms and veteran real estate licensees seeking assistance with drafting complex transaction documents. Outside of our office, you may find our attorneys at the helm of a real estate brokerage education class.
