Our business transaction experience includes loan structuring and negotiating credit facilities, drafting and negotiating equity and debt financing arrangements, leasing, and license agreements. 

We also regularly represent buyers and sellers, privately-held companies, investors and management teams in a wide range of M&A and other business transactions, and have represented several business owners in many industries in sales to both strategic buyers and private equity funds.
